- Use the knowledge of agencies that support victims and witnesses to ensure their views are represented, understand the issues and make changes that benefit the users of the Criminal Justice System
- Work with partners to identify collaborative process, free from duplication of effort and wastage
- Identify improvements to the initial police contact with victims and witnesses
- Examine the ‘community resolution’ process and ensure it is being used in an appropriate and effective manner to your satisfaction
